About Us

नीति के बारे में

NITI Aayog was constituted through a resolution of the Union Cabinet dated 1st January 2015. It serves as the Government of India’s apex policy think tank, mandated to provide directional and policy inputs. In addition to formulating longterm strategies, policies, and programmes for the Government of India, NITI Aayog offers strategic and technical advice to the Centre, State Governments, and Union Territories. It functions as an institutional platform to foster cooperative federalism by facilitating collaborative engagement among the States in pursuit of national development objectives.

केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल के एक संकल्प के माध्यम से 01 जनवरी, 2015 को नीति आयोग का गठन किया गया। यह भारत सरकार का नीति से संबंधित प्रमुख ‘थिंक टैंक’ है, जो निर्देशनात्मक और नीतिगत इनपुट प्रदान करता है। भारत सरकार के लिए दीर्घकालिक नीतियां और कार्यक्रम तैयार करने के अलावा, नीति आयोग कें द्र और राज्यों तथा संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों को उपयुक्त कार्यनीतिक एवं तकनीकी सलाह भी प्रदान करता है। राष्ट्रीय हित में साथ मिलकर कार्य करने के लिए राज्यों को एक मंच पर लाने के लिए नीति आयोग भारत सरकार के सर्वोत्कृष्ट मंच के रूप में कार्य करता है और इस प्रकार से सहकारी संघवाद को बढ़ावा देता है।

To evolve a shared vision of national development priorities, sectors and strategies with the active involvement of States.

राज्यों की सक्रिय भागीदारी के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय विकास की प्राथमिकताओं, क्षेत्रों और कार्यनीतियों के एक साझा विज़न का विकास करना।

To foster cooperative federalism through structured support initiatives and mechanisms with the States on a continuous basis, recognizing that strong States make a strong nation

यह स्वीकार करते हुए कि सशक्त राज्य ही सशक्त राष्ट्र का निर्माण करते हैं, राज्यों के साथ सतत आधार पर संरचनात्मक सहयोग की पहलों और तंत्रों के माध्यम से सहकारी संघवाद को बढ़ावा देना।

To develop mechanisms to formulate credible plans at the village level and aggregate these progressively at higher levels of government

ग्राम स्तर पर विश्वसनीय योजनाएं तैयार करने के लिए तंत्रों का विकास करना और इनको उत्तरोतर रूप से सरकार के उच्चतर स्तर तक पहुँचाना।

To ensure, on areas that are specifically referred to it, that the interests of national security are incorporated in economic strategy and policy.

यह सुनिश्चित करना कि जो क्षेत्र विशेष रूप से आयोग को निर्दिष्ट किए गए हैं उनकी आर्थिक कार्यनीति और नीति में राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के हितों को सम्मिलित किया गया है।

To pay special attention to the sections of our society that may be at risk of not benefiting adequately from economic progress.

हमार समा े ज के उन वर्गों पर विशेष रूप सेध्यान देना, जिनको आर्थिक प्रगति से उचित प्रकार से लाभान्वित न हो पाने का जोखिम हो सकता है।

To design strategic and long-term policy and programme frameworks and initiatives, and monitor their progress and their efficacy. The lessons learned through monitoring and feedback will be used for making innovative improvements, including necessary mid-course corrections.

कार्यनीतिक और दीर्घावधिक नीति तथा कार्यक्रम का ढांचा तैयार करना और पहल करना तथा उनकी प्रगति और प्रभाव की निगरानी करना। निगरानी और फीडबैक के माध्यम से सीखे गए सबक का प्रयोग आवश्यक मध्यावधि संशोधन सहित नवोन्मेषी सुधार करने के लिए किया जाएगा।

To provide advice and encourage partnerships between key stakeholders and national and international like-minded think tanks, as well as educational and policy research institutions.

महत्वपूर्णहितधारकों तथा समान विचारधारा वाले राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय थिंक टैंक के साथ-साथ शैक्षिक और नीति अनुसंधान संस्थाओं को सलाह देना और उनके बीच भागीदारी को प्रोत्साहित करना।

To create a knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurial support system through a collaborative community of national and international experts, practitioners and other partners.

राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय विशेषज्ञों, वृत्तिकों तथा अन्य भागीदारों के सहयोगात्मक समुदाय के माध्यम से ज्ञान, नवाचार, उद्यमशील सहायक प्रणाली तैयार करना।

To offer a platform for the resolution of inter-sectoral and inter departmental issues in order to accelerate the implementation of the development agenda.

विकास एजेंडा के कार्यान्वयन में तेजी लाने के उद्देश्य से अंतर्क्षेत्रक और अंतर्विभागीय मुद्दों के समाधान के लिए मंच प्रदान करना।

To maintain a state-of-the-art resource centre, be a repository of research on good governance and best practices in sustainable and equitable development as well as help their dissemination to stake-holders.

अत्याधुनिक संसाधन कें द्र का अनुरक्षण करना, शासन पर अनुसंधान तथा सतत और न्यायसंगत विकास की सर्वश्रेष्ठ कार्यप्रणाली का भण्डार बनना और साथ ही उसेहितधारकों तक पहुंचाने में भी मदद करना।

To actively monitor and evaluate the implementation of programmes and initiatives, including the identification of the needed resources so as to strengthen the probability of success and scope of delivery.

आवश्यक संसाधनों की पहचान करने के साथ-साथ कार्यक्रमों और पहलों के कार्यान्वयन का सक्रियता से मूल्यांकन और निगरानी करना, ताकि सेवाएं प्रदान करने में सफलता की संभावनाओं को प्रबल बनाया जा सके।

To focus on technology upgradation and capacity building for implementation of programmes and initiatives

कार्यक्रमों और पहलों के कार्यान्वयन के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी उन्नयन और क्षमता निर्माण पर ज़ोर देना।

ऐसी अन्य गतिविधियों का उत्तरदायित्व लेना जो राष्ट्रीय विकास एजेंडा को लागू करने और उपर्युक्त उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति के लिए आवश्यक हो सकती हैं।

NITI Aayog is developing itself as a state-of-the-art resource centre with the necessary knowledge and skills that will enable it to act with speed, promote research and innovation, provide strategic policy vision for the government, and deal with contingent issues. It is supported by an attached office, Development Monitoring and Evaluation Organisation (DMEO), a flagship initiative, Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) and an autonomous body, National Institute of Labour Economics Research and Development (NILERD).

आवश्यक ज्ञान और कौशल जो इसे तेजी से कार्य करने, अनुसंधान और नवाचार को बढ़ावा देने, सरकार के लिए कार्यनीतिक नीतिगत सलाह प्रदान करने और आकस्मिक मुद्दों से निपटने में समर्थ बनाएगा। इसे एक संबद्ध कार्यालय यानी विकास अनुवीक्षण और मूल्यांकन कार्यालय (डीएमईओ), एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल यानी अटल नवाचार मिशन (एआईएम) और एक स्वायत्त निकाय यानी राष्ट्रीय श्रम अर्थशास्त्र अनुसंधान एवं विकास संस्थान (एनआईएलईआरडी) द्वारा सहायता प्रदान की जाती है।
